my cousin has a 99 ek with a jdm type r motor. he was running a chipped p28 but it ran like ****. so he put a jdm type r ecu in it and now he has cel 41. keep in mind he only has his primary 02 sensor connected. does he need to run his secondary o2?

well if it's not the O2, that it's the WIRES!!

also CEL41 means that it has the problem with voltage...so it's the feedback problem!

It has nothing to do with the secondary 02.
