i replaced this and also my brothers car is throwing the same code i have a 95 ex and he has a 93 ex with new 160$ o2's wasted money if that wasnt the problem please help anyone else have the problem???

Look carefully at the connector, and see if there is green corrosion on the terminals inside.

it is a heated O2 and since my car has only 1 O2 it is my primary so yah not sure my self

Had the same problem all I did was try another ecu and that solved the problem. Mine was in a 93 dx 4dr civic w/ y8 swap running a p28. I just switched with another p28 and that was it.

certain year ecu's/models had the code 41. I think it was the older models had the o2 heater deal and the newer ecu's didn't. I put a 95 si p28 in and it went away. The ecu that kept throwing code 41 was a 93 si ecu.

best thing to do is get one you know is a good ecu. If junkyard is only way then might be the best way. You might be able to get an ecu off here fairly cheap shipped to you from someone. Junkyards could be fairly expensive and always no way to tell if it is any good from them. $75-$150 is average price for a good used p28
