Code 41 on my '99 GS-R, I'm clueless?
As soon as I start the car (after an ECU reset), within 3-4 seconds the CEL come on each and every time. I pulled the code off the ECU and it came back a '41'. Checked out the manual and it's telling me its the "O2 heater/circut", but doesnt give me any trouble shooting.
Has anybody encounterd this before? Bad O2 sensor? Wiring? Any help is apprieciated.

My cel is on and it gives me code 41. i am running a 92 hatch VX with a 98 b18c1. using a chipped p28 obd-1. o2 sensor heater unit? what can i do for this? i tried switching out the o2 sensor, still same problem? Please help me!
If it comes on right away after resetting the code, and it doesn't take any driveing around it is the wires.
The element in the O2 sensor could have broke. Good
You could have a wiring problem in your harness. Bad

i tired it all....i switched out the o2...and still the same problem...if its the wiring then how come i been driving fine for like 3 months...now it comes up...? how can i fix it??? please help
Swap your ecu with a buddy's, sounds whack but I had a civic in my shop today that was throwing code 41, heater 02 sensor, and we swapped out a new 02 sensor, that didn't work so we then tried changing ecu's and it worked.

its probably not the ecu, because you swithced the ecu, you moved the wires, sometimes a wire may get loose going into the ecu, just mess with the wires and such and see what happenes.
