Default CEL 41, 8, and 9

Hey everyone,

So I finally swapped out my p06 for a p28 after I swapped in a z6. I drove the car since December without any problems. After putting in the p28, I started getting a CEL 41 for the o2 sensor heater... from what I've read it's like a loose wire somewhere since I just replaced the o2 sensor.

However, tonight I was driving around and then codes 8 and 9 started flashing. These indicate the Top Dead Center sensor and cylinder sensor. What would cause these to all of a sudden pop up after driving just fine for 5 months?

you may need a new dizzy, or you have an internal engine problem.
