Default catalytic converter qestion

I have the same 93 dx it ran pretty rich for about a week then one day when got home there was smoke rolling off my exhaust pretty sure its the cat. My question is there a difference in power running it without one (we dont have emissions here so it makes no differnce to me)

You are not going to be able to notice any kind of power. Maybe the tone and the smell.

If there's smoke exiting your exhaust then what makes you think it's your cat?

if you don't have the resinator, your exhaust will be louder. it'll prolly get annoying as hell eventually, unless your one of those people who like it like that.

I read your post perfectly, though pardon my ignorance, but does "rolling off the exhaust" mean something other than exiting?
