You can. Just pull the grommet out, and you'll see the plug.

And please, no more caps lock.

If I'm thinking of what you're thinking of, there should be a little rubber grommet on the bottom of the car...give that a tug and pull it out.

Keep pulling the wires out and the connector and the plug that the connector plugs into should come out through the bottom of the car.

I have a 99 Dx with a 99 Si Swap. As you know the dx has both o2 sensors going into the main engine harness, but the si only has one plug for the header o2 sensor. is there a plug in the dx dash engine harness to plug in the second o2 sensor?

To my knowledge, you will have to run your own wiring to the secondary O2, either from the ECU or from the engine harness.
