Catalyic Converter Problem
I have a '99 Civic EX and my cat is busted and my car should start with no problem.. right? At the moment its not turning over so I was wondering if the most likely thing wrong would be the oxygen sensor. thanks for any help in advance

I assume you are pulling a CEL, right? You should check to see which code is comming up... That will help us help you better...

If the car isn't starting, it isn't because of a "busted" cat or a faulty O2 sensor. Something else is causing your starting issue.

I went to autozone and got a scanner it read "P0420", it says that the problem is the cat but im not sure why its not starting. a leak maybe?
