Default car wont start, code 0

I just converted my 91 b16 civic to obd1. Using a chipped p28 and obd1 dohc vtec dizzy with ecu jumper and obd0 plugs on distro.

Car is getting fuel but no spark. Getting a solid cel (code 0)...

I did a bunch of searching and some say its a bad chip / ecu. Others say they have a code0 and the car runs fine.

Could i have a code 0, and the computer would send fuel but no spark?

check power at the coil. make sure you have that. If you do, try testing the Igniter. Those are comon for failure on honda's

first off hold a test light to the negitive side of coil it should flash in time with the spark when you start it..if thats good i just finished putting a b16 in my del sol and i ran into that same issue. is there a solonoid clicking under the dash? if soo check your grounds one of my grounds ,the one on the trans to the body was not hooked up right and i have no spark as well i cleaned up the gronds and it started. the grounds to look for are ...trans to body, thermo housing and valvecover to body

Chip or ECU make sure the chip was installed correctly. If it is socketed you can remove it and flip it around or get another chip, it could be the chip its self that is bad.
