Car wont crank, only have rad fan?

Car wont crank, only have rad fan?
Like the title says. I re-installed my motor last night, and now the engine doesnt crank or do anything.
It is a 92 Civic, w/ d16z6. When your try to ignite it, only the rad fan comes on?
No starter, No fuel pump. All the lights on the dash seem ok. HVAC works, clutch switch relay clicks. I swapped main relays, and the ECU. No dice.
Any ideas?

sounds like u got some F-d up wiring. the radiator fan shouldnt even come on until the car gets to operating temp. u stumped me since its not the ecu or main relay. somebody.....
