Is it possible to turn off the cooling fan by accident through the ecu? I picked up my car from being down a while and it has a rigged switch for the radiator fan, relay is bad, but I am also not getting voltage to the relay with the ignition on and a jumper in the temp sensor connector. Fan won't come on swapping the radiator fan relay with the heater fan relay.

 

Nevermind...Couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then I realized I was jumping the wrong plug, DOH! I feel like an ***.
