Car pulls left - LSD? Gearbox oil?
I have an EG with a JDM B18C-R in it, and over the past couple of months it has developed a tendacy to pull to the left with the application of throttle.
The tyres are brand new, the car has had full alignment and the suspension is polybushed with new coilover all done less than 5k miles ago.
I can't hear any noises coming from the diff, but I can't help but think it is the problem.
It, the gearbox and the engine have only covered 34k miles which is nothing and I have never dragged it.
It has a new clutch and lightweight flywheel FWIW
Would the wrong gearbox oil cause this?

Well, it means me dialing in 30 - 40º of right hand lock to compensate. It never used to do this. And as soon as you let of the throttle, it goes back to normal, which can be quite scary at high speed.
It just seems that the right wheel is getting more power than the left...?

i have it too.
i have a b18c5 in my 00' hatch and it pulls to the left too. not much you can do about it. theres also more weight on the left (driver side) because of the driver which i have also noticed plays a role in the torque steer too.

Unequal lengths driveshafts will cause a twist during acceleration... when I first really noticed mine doing this, I took it into a dealer and they said it was just the driveshafts. Turns out I had worn/torn bushings in the front suspension which caused the geometry to change under hard acceleration. Once the bushings were replaced I went back to that normal minor steering wheel twist from the unequal length driveshafts.
FWIW, I noticed the steering wheel input issue first, kind of ignored it because of that fluff from the dealership, but some time later I actually started getting audible knocking during acceleration due to bushings further deteriorating.
I got a very hard left twist of the steering wheel (at least I think it was left - it was a couple years back), I'd have to twist the wheel to the right (off center) to keep driving in a straight line, and when I went off-throttle I'd have to do a quick jerk back to center to avoid lurching to the right. It did get gradually worse, with larger and larger steering wheel corrections necessary.
If my story sounds familiar, you could inspect the bushings in the front suspension, make sure they're all still firm.

check the axle on that left side... i've had them tighten up and caused this..
ended up pulling back the boot and the axle co forgot to pack it with grease
this problem would come and go untill one week it was noticable every drive, then one day it shat the bed

The ITR has equal-length driveshafts.

Yep, it does have equal length shafts. That and I sit on the right of the car cos i live in the UK!
Monkey, your solution seems the most probable. I have changed a CV joint on one side, I suppose i'll have to check out the other.
