car over heating....

car over heating....
ok so i get to my house n pop the hood open n see the reservoir tank bubbling up and i have to put anti freeze in the radiator....can any one help me out....

If you had to add coolant cause the leval was low, and if its the original radiator thier might be a crack in it somewhere and coolant is leakin out.
Last july one of my DA started running to hot one day, and I knew everything was fine, but had to add coolant. I started looking around and realized the radiator had just cracked, which will really affect how efficient it'll cool.
