Default car over heating....

ok so i get to my house n pop the hood open n see the reservoir tank bubbling up and i have to put anti freeze in the radiator....can any one help me out....

Uh can you give a little more info, like how hot, when did this start, what kinda of car, how many miles, etc...

Might be a cracked radiator..need more info..

92 eg hatch......it started a day ago and the needle went up past the middle..

If you had to add coolant cause the leval was low, and if its the original radiator thier might be a crack in it somewhere and coolant is leakin out.

Last july one of my DA started running to hot one day, and I knew everything was fine, but had to add coolant. I started looking around and realized the radiator had just cracked, which will really affect how efficient it'll cool.
