check the fuel main relay, which depending on what yr your car is, if its a 6th gen(96-00) its on the passenger side in the glove box, you have to remove the glove box lid to get to it.

if its a 6th gen also check the fuse in the engine compartment listed , EM/FI its the top left one. if that pops the ecu will not let the fuel pump prime. after checking these and still nothing. remove the lower half of your rear seats. then remove the metal cover thing and disconnect the plug going to the fuel pump. put the car in the ON POS II, where everything turns on right before actually starting the car. now get a volt meter and see if theres voltage between the terminals in the connector. if there is not voltage and you checked the fuel main relay and the fuse under the hood, that means theres a short some where.

check for power at the pump if it's not there i'd go after the main relay ...a quick check for that would be to turn the car to the on position CEL will appear the relay will click then it will go off and the relay will click a second time most case's if it only clicks once or not at all then the relay is bad...G/L

What year is the car??

If it's 92-95 the PGM-Fi main relay is located near the hood release cable.. should be 1 or 2 10mm bolts holding it in..

it's grey and has some japp letters on it and has one wiring harness plugged into it... tap on it a little and see if the fuel pump primes..

If that works.. you need to pull the relay.. pull the grey plastic cover off and resoldier the joints.. after so long they get dry and corrodied

Here's a link to a good DIY:

its a 92 civic coupe. DX with a b16a swap. i tested my ecu in my friends integra and it started up fine. so its not that, im thinking its the main relay. when i check for codes it just stays as a solid cel. check engine never blinks or goes away.

Ok well then find the main relay and tap on it with a wrench or something slightly.. and turn the key from the acc/on position and see if you can get it to kick the fuel pump on.. most likely you should be able too..

If that dont work.. then you need to pull the main relay and if your capable of soldiering.. go to the link i posted and DIY!

I done told you where it was located

Near the hood release there will be a grey relay.. with a harness plugged into it.. undo the harness and there is one or two 10mm bolts holding it on..
