Car bogging at low speeds.

Car bogging at low speeds.
quick question...had a bad radiator hose leak, coolant got onto the distributor cap...could this have fucked up the distributor and causing this weird bogging i'm getting? do i need to replace the distributor?

ok is it low speeds in higher gear and low rpm's too??

if it did screw it up it would most likely affect the car running at all even at idle
is there moisture inside the distributor??
why do people make a thread and then log off??
