did you straighten the crimp out from the notch? if so turn the wheel all the way to one side and smack it with a hammer a few times, if its siezed that should help crack it...pb blaster is much better than wd40, even liquid wrench, they penetrate better than just lubricant.

Use PB Blaster. A good [ patient ] technique is to spray an *** load of PB on it. Let it sit, tap it a few times. Soak it again and let it sit overnight. Maybe even 2-3 days. I have done this before and the stuff just falls off. [ figure of speach ]. Have to be patient for this to work though.
good luck.
good luck.

Brake upgrade which I am assuming includes the rotors as well?
I'm going to message you.

Re: Cant get axle lugs off (EriK20)
on my 91 si i broke 2 breaker bars, used a can of wd basically, hammer and chisel, a blow torch, drilled it, used an electric impact, and finally an air impact. i just sat there and let it pound away, going fwd and rev on it, and it eventually let loose. not fun, but when it finally came off i felt like the champ. i think i might still have that nut around, if i do i should post pics for u guys to see what it looked liike when i was done

an impact wrench would work quite nicely, but i dont think you have access to one, in which case a breaker bar and a long *** pipe could be your friend.

thats exactly what i did, and the square head on the bar that goes into the socket shattered.....2 times
depends on the nut...the one on my 96 came off easily with like a 4 ft pole, but the 91 wasnt going anywhere, and the car already had a swap in it

Yeah air power is cetainly the way to go. As mentioned make sure the nut isn't still punched into that notch. **** man doin a tranny on my old EG we broke 14 tools, only 1 wasn't on the axel nuts. After a while we shot out the gears on 2 old rachets because we knew we could, new tools are nice. It sucked cause the only one who owned a car there was me and it was on blocks. So bummin rides to replace needed tools really sucked. But if you don't have a compressor I would suggest a craftsman or snap-on I-beam handle (sometimes referred to as flex) with an impact tip. Those ******* still break, but not as easily. Don't you just feel like such a manly man when you break solid steel! **** YEAh!!! LOL.
