My first guess would say they are H&R's but the very left shock appears that they have a dampener adjuster on the bottom of the shock body. H&R's arent adjustable.

So back to your question?

I used to sell H&R for BMP designs. If anybody else can confirm that **** on the bottom of the shock to be an adjustable piece, it is not H&R. H&R does not make adjustable dampener coilovers for Hondas.

My H&R coilovers look nothing like that....they are gold in color and the perches are black, plus they have a black dust sheild. Springs are different as well. Here's a picture, make your own decision. I know mine are H&R because they are engraved in the strut

picture (silver stuff is anti-seize)

also, h&r's have two different rings to turn to adjust, the ones in the pic have only 1.
