Default Anybody have expierience with H&R coilovers? cant raise my car....

i have h&r full coilovers and cat figure out how to raise them, the perches are about halfway up the threaded body and if i were to raise them any more i would just be pre loading the springs since there is no slack in the room,

my car is so low my header gets the **** beat out of it constantly, so what i am basicaly asking is, are these coilovers loadable where you can twist the strut body up and down or how do i go about raising this ****? thanks alot
