Can Anyone Help me with this?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My bro's 00 SI had a lil modified head (just port and polish I believe) well it was damaged and fix. While fixing it, they changed all retainers, valves, springs, gasket and etc... The head is all fixed and clean now, however, as we start the car, as we push on the gas, the car turns off, and u have to turn it on again, it doesn't happen every time but really often. We check the fuel injectors and found out they were black before the fixing, we got new fuel injectors and after the shuting off started, we check it again it was all black again. I believe we need a tune up? is that correct? Anyone here can help me with that?

Sudden dying when you step on the gas, eh?

Check your fuel pressure.
