With a CR that high you could probably go with a pretty aggressive cam. Pro 3's or comparable cams would likely yield some pretty good gains assuming the head flow and intake/exhaust manifolds could keep up with it.
Lot of other variables to consider there too, and they'd have to be degree'd in properly. Would need to make sure you don't get any P2V contact as well. I'd consult your tuner.
Not even going to pretend like I'm familiar with other manufacture cams either honestly, there are definitely other options besides the Skunk2 lineup but that's all I've ever used or really looked into...

Curious do u mind sharing the supporting mods? Pro1 is a nice cam for most 1.8L with similar compression..e85 or pump gas?
