Default Calling Del Sol roof gurus

So on my del sol, the top on the driver side is very hard to lock in place and actually sits lower than on the passenger side. How do i adjust that? I've looked in the archives but couldnt really find anything. And also, im htinking about buying steering rack bushings, where do these go?

1) Remove roof
2) Remove the roof latch handles
3) Pop the side plastic covers off, as well as whatever else is required to get them off (can't remember if you need remove the front/back bits for OEM)
4) Loosen every nut holding the side rails down so the rails can freely move front/back/up/down
5) Reinstall the release handles temporarily (don't have to screw them down)
6) Put roof on car
7) Close both doors
8) Lift roof slightly, let settle (just lift it enough so it's not touching any rubber seals)
8) Latch roof in place
9) Lift roof slightly, let settle (ditto)
10) With doors still closed, tighten all accessible nuts (you won't be able to get to a couple)
11) Open doors, release latches, lift roof, let settle.
12) Locking & unlocking latches should be very easy. If not, loosen nuts, start over.
13) When satisfied, remove roof, remove handles, & tighten remaining nuts
14) Reinstall all internal plastic cladding in reverse order of removal.
15) Reinstall handles, screw down, reinstall cosmetic handle screw covers.

At the very least, that's what I think I did the last time I got annoyed at my roof.

Over 9 years the car has distorted a bit, but the roof so far has had sufficient range of adjustment to cope with the changes. There's a couple Sol-specific sites around with similar instructions on roof maintenance, though I figured my way through this procedure on my own before most of them were even online...

Good luck.
