Where in this entire thread did the creator say he wanted to run a chipped ecu?! The dumbass would be you!

Greddy kits sell for $1.8k for the D series. With that you'll have more to the floor than a b18c with half the money.

no. Not even close. The h22, from what i remember, weighs more like 20 lbs more.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by RockLee` »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">I GOT A QUESTION!!!!!!
What is all needed for a full functional "complete swap" motor? add to the list if you want plz!

Get your own thread, and when you do, include more info like what swap your doing.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by professor poon »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Alright...update on my situation. Went to the smog referee, he said that if my 8 yr/80,000 mi emissions warrantee is voided by the swap (which it probably is), then I have to put a B16A2 back in there to make it stock, or sell it out of state. I'm gonna try to spend a little less than that...convert back to OBD II and just get the thing smogged (hoping the smogger doesnt notice the engine).</TD></TR></TABLE>
Why dont you just get your engine B.A.R.'ed? Read the FAQ on how to make a swap legal.

Man just turbo the Y7. You can easily get 200 WHP for under 1k! Dont just jump on Swap bandwagon because it cost lots of money compared to just sticking w/ what you have and making more power that way. Exspecially when you look @ the cost of swap plus goodies to even make it fast.. I run 12.9 @ 114 on my Stock Z6 on Street tires "Falken Ziex" w/ tiny *** 42/48 T3 @10lbs on HMT setup which cost me about 700 to piece together and finish
Do some searching before making any decision's.
If you have any Questions or reference needs just IM me.

about the smog stuff... i have a 96 hatch with a 2000 jdm b16 motor. i pass smog, and i'm legal, nothing was done "under the table." I got pulled over yesterday for my exhaust and they noticed my swap, saw my sticker from the referee and then let me off. just depends on how much ur really willing to spend.

youre the ******* idiot, he said get a 96+ motor so he doesnt have to convert the motor from OBD1 to OBD2. not a single post in this entire ******* thread did ANYONE mention "chipping" an ECU. that 5 month old hondatech member is obviously smarter than you.
