bumper warp?

bumper warp?
Can the front OEM bumper warp? when you look at my car head on, more of the passenger side tire is visible coming out of the bumper. so you can tell its more slanted in on the side. how do you fix this? re-adjusting the fender screw pretty much did nada.

Mine is like this. When I had a bodykit, I put my OEM bumpers in storage, but something fell on it. The passenger side is the warped side, so it's like yours where you can see more of the passenger side tire. I put on a SiR front lip to try and get the bumper back to looking normal. It helped somewhat but not entirely. Mine's not that bad, though; unless I pointed it out, you probably wouldn't notice, but it's enough for me to notice. So yeah, my only suggestion is to put some kind of a front lip on there to return it to semi-normal shape, or buy another bumper from somewhere/someone.
