im gonna do a tranny swap and put in a del sol tranny
and i was wondering what can i do about the intake manifold and throttle body?
what else can i do to get the most out of it?
i really dont wanna sacrifice much of my gas mileage.
i just wanna get a lil more oomph from the lil vx

in calif..many upgrades in intake and exhaust will result of fail d smog test..in ur case, in tx, it might be a bit different...if they re more liberal..u can swap out the throddle body from a bigger motor and install a air ram of some sort or CAI..more air going in will mean u need more gas and freed up exhaust..headers, cat. back, other exhaust mods. for show and go, by this time u might wanna use a higher octane fuel cuz of the increased air flow to the manifold..the ultimate is a JRSC if u want to keep this motor...*just my ideas*
