hi guys im rebuilding my type r motor and just wondering what brand are good for rods and pistons that can hold lets say atleast 10k rpm? and brands for gsr tranny internals thanks help on ideas and where can i find those for cheaps and one more thing head gasket that can hold tons of compression thanks

you wont find quality parts for cheap. And do the research on the type of build that you are doing. Everyone is going to have there opinions on what brand is the best.

im not saying that im looking for real cheap parts and i know that no good quality for cheaps!..and yah im looking for some ideas and opinions what should i put on my engine from top to bottom inside out.
