Brembo blanks or stock rotors?
Currently there are cross-drilled rotors on my car from years ago, but after reading Redline96LX's post about blanks being better than slotted or crossdrilled for daily driving, I'm convinced a switch is due.

I've got the stock rotors still with maybe 40k-50k on them. They don't feel like they have any grooves, but I would likely have them turned just for sanity's sake. (This would remove any slight warpage I assume right)?
The other option is to switch to Brembo blanks and run those. It would obviously be cheaper to stick with the stock rotors, so are the Brembo blanks really that different?
In my old age the car isn't really driven like it used to be. It's my daily driver with a mild D16 in it, and only driven hard occasionally.
Opinions, thoughts? Would there be any concern since the rotors have been sitting for 3-4 years?
Thanks peeps.

if you're not driving the car hard, then there is no problem with keeping the cross drilled rotors, unless they are warped or something. I would just keep them until they need replacing, then get whatever blanks are cheapest.

Exactly and they are cheaper

Brembos.
They're cast, not forged.
EDIT: I don't know if Autozone or OEM rotors are cast or forged. I just know that the brembos are cast.
