Default brakes kinda weird after swap.

this is weird, i knoe that brakes doesn't have anything to do with the engine, but after i did my ls swap. when i start the car, drive it and press on the brake, brake would not work, it would just be dead, i have to double pump it for it to work. then later on while driving, it'll start to work. i have to do that everything i restart the car. weird, anyone ever had the same problem?

Is the brake booster vacuum hose connected properly?

clutch has nothing to do with the brakes. Check the booster for sure and post back. Make sure you dont have a slight leak in a line also.

Make sure you didn't damage the vacuum line to the brake booster. And make sure it is securely connected to the IM
