Default brakes ......... help

i have a 97 DX coupe that im planning on putting a B18C5 in, i have already looked in to better suspension and sway bars but now i need some advice on brakes.

ive looked at tenzo and AEM big brake conversions but no-one seems to list the for a DX.

Dont waste your time/money on kits.
Get a set of em1/ex/integra/del sol vtec/si knuckles and do an integra brake swap. You'll have larger (57mm) caliper pistons and larger diameter rotors. Add a larger master cyl and booster and call it done.

So true. They might not look as cool behind your rims, but that's not what brakes are for. If you plan to track the car look into some good fluid ( I run ATE Super Blue) so you don't end up cooking the fluid. The super blue is good because they sell super gold (same stuff, just a different color) and you can completely flush the brake system and tell when all of the old is out.
