Default Brake Specs.

Ok so I decided it was time to upgrade my front brakes and rotors........Went to autoone and told them I had a 1.5 LX sedan and they gave me the wrong size rotors. I found out after I got the old ones off, the ones I got were an inch bigger in diameter. I go back and ask to see the ones for a hatch or coupe and they're the right size. Then I got the wrong HPS pads from Pepboys. Like they were the right part number that they had in the computer, but they just didn't line up with my calipers. Where should I get my hawk pads from? Are the brakes even different? I thought they were pretty much the same 92-95 just abs or non abs....I'm tired of taking stuff apart so I'm not doing them until I'm sure. for poor service

Not all. Some of the 93s had the smaller brakes from the hatches.

There was an EX hatch? "Quote button wasn't there when i tried to fix it so copy and paste.

That must be the problem then. They must have sedans in the comp as EX specs. So should I look for non EX/si brakes from a different year? I don't want to order them online and have to send em back. They had other brands but im set on the Hawk pads.

No, I was referring to the coupe. Some of the early 93s had the smaller brakes that were normally found on the hatches. I believe that mine had a Feb or March 1993 build date.
