Default Brake pedal going to floor slowly. civic 1995 ex d16z6

I have an issue I went to replace a brake line that my dog ripped off, they bleeded the system and it was all ok in the first weeks, now if I stop at a redlight the pedal slowly goes to the floor BUT if I step on it again it comes back to normal and then slowly goes again. What I mean is that I can brake normal but the pedal goes to the floor only when completely stopped.

Same thing happened to my old EJ2. Master cylinder was bad.

Low fluid in reservoir?

Any leaks?

no, the reservoir is in full... I searched on google and found the same answer that it could be the master cylinder, is there a way to check that?

that happens from bleeding the brakes. normally only an inch or so of the master cylinder is used. so the bore wears out and the seal exppands. well when you bleed the brakes the pedal goes to the floor, and it can actually rip the seal inside the master cylinder piston, causing the problem you have.

I have the same problem, i assume this should be repaired sooner rather than later, im a little tight on money. will the cylinder just suddenly fail at one point?
