i cant understand why the pedal would go to the floor. is one of my lines ballooning?

Re: (lax1185)
try bleeding them... if that does not fix it then you've possibly got a busted up *** Brake Master Cylinder.
My del sol did the same thing... switched out the master cylinder and the problem went away'

if you don't wanna spend a grip of cash on a new MC you could just go to honda and get a new seal for the back of the MC and your prob will be fixed for like 10.00 plus some silicone grease. This is the route I chose and my sinking pedal problem was fixed. Of course after you take off the MC you'll have to
.......................Bleed the brakes.............. jk
hope this helps
ps look under your mc and see if any fluid is coming out or if it looks like it's leaking.

Re: brake pedal goes to floor (mr. teal Type R)
if you are getting a pedal when you pump it up, then it is most likely your master cylinder. your primary seals are gone and then only seal when you pump them up. i would change the master. does the "brake" indicator in the cluster stay lit?
if you had air in the system, then it would be a spongy/springy pedal. bleed as much as you want and the pedal will still go to the floor.
i would suggest getting the correct MC for your car. different MCs from different hondas have their brake lines coming out of different locations and it would be a bigger mess to bend lines to make things work. just get the right MC and forget about it.
