Brake making grinding noise

I changed my rear pads and it still makes a grinding noise. Could it be that i need new rotors? Thanks

When you say grind it's a low "deep" loud sound? Or higher pitched?

its a deep sound its the sound when your brakes are bad. and its the rear cuase when i pull the e-brake i hear it. and my brake pedal vibrates alil

do your rotors have any deep groves in them or are they smooth.
