Bout to buy '94 hatch! help me
this guy i know has a '94 dx hatch for sale... It has a '95 GSR engine and LS tranny, the engine he says has like 90,000- 100,000 miles on it... he wants $4,000 for it, but i think i could get it for like $3,500... anyways the thing that bothers me is that he said there was a crack in the tranny and he put jb weld over it and he says its fine now... i dont know bout that... Tell me what you all think...

Sounds like an Alright deal. How's the body of the car and interior??
If I were you I'd swap out the tranny anyways right away after buying it. The LS trannys gears are way to long. Get a GSR or ITR tranny.

the interior upholstery looks fine but the glove box is cracked some, but thats bout it... the outside is some stock blue color, just looks kinda dull, like its needs some wax or something, but other than that i think its pretty straight... thats for your input

I don't wanna give out wrong information since I'm from Canada and don't know how much you can get one in US dollars for but I'd say around $800-$1200. You can sell the LS tranny to help out with the funding.
If I'm wrong on the price can someone please correct me.
