It'd typically be bubbling at idle too if it was blown, How does your oil look? Milky at all? How about your exhaust, Any white smoke or is it burning pretty clean? Also, Park the car on some dry pavement and come back in a few hours and take a look underneath.

Check for any bad hoses, as mentioned above if it was a head gasket you'd likely be seeing milky oil, white exhaust etc.

If possible, do a leak-down test

could be air but it still shouldnt be getting low after weeks. try parking it on an incline. could have a coolant leak that is dripping on the subframe so you dont see the leak on the gtound and blows away when you start driving. Perform a cylinder leak down test. it will tell you if its the hg or not.

Same thing happened to my hatch. Turned out the drain plug was messed up. Most likely a leak like everybody is saying
