Default Blower motor problem

hey everyone,
i have had my car now for 4 years and every damn canadian winter my blower motor quits working, we have figured out that it is the electrical wires keep getting burnt. They are so put that u can't touch them most of the time with out breaking them. We have replaced all the connections, and wiring 4 times now, an it still is happening. I have a 20 amp fuse for the motor it self. Just wondering if anyone on here has had this problem, and what to do bout it.

I didn't quite understand. Why do they break in the first place?

The wires break because the are burnt. They ar a greeny/orange/red/brown colors in side when u take the coating off them. They are really brittle, and they won't let the current get through.
