bleeder valve broke off!!!! need suguestions!!!
eh, today I was bleeding my rad fluid, after it was bubble free, I tighten back the bolt that does the bleeding, where bleeding system is at. I tightened it too tight and it snaped. my whole bleeder system has been snaped off the mount, leaving a huge hole, wit a fes treads left. I was wondering if anyone knows how or what I should do to fix this problem, like using some kinda of material to fix it. I've tryed cold welds....it does not work at all...please help or if another other bleeder systems fit my B16A1 bleeder system?? hep please

haha, I've done that before. All I did was take a bolt and some silicone and get it in there snug enough for now. Then, when you can, get a new housing

I only bleed with the radiator cap off.
What I did was take one of my stock Honda bolts with full threads that matched the bleeder screw threads, and snugged that puppy in there. Then I took some RTV Blue Silicone and placed it around the meeting area. It's held up great!
Not on my car, but a buddy's....car only has to last 2 months till he moves to Switzerland to play b-ball
