bigger TB and intake
I was wondering, for a inexpensive mod, to at least get me through the summer(with my d16) would getting a bigger TB and porting my plleum(not too sure if I used the right term) give me noticable power gains? I'm not looking for 15's here just some sort of feel that my car can actually move

yes, you will get a few extra hp, but not much without other mods. the main thing that you will notice is better throtttle response

Re: bigger TB and intake (kommon_sense)
when i was working on a minime for my d15b7, i got a b16 t/b. i was gonna go for n/a build up. but i decided its not worth it. so i will be going turbo... the 60mm t/b will allow for more air. the more mods u have, the more power u can/will gain with a bigger t/b and portmatching.

Re: bigger TB and intake (nerdsports)
another mod if you get the B16 TB is to bypass the radiator coolant from going into the throttle body for lower Intake Mani and TB temps (on the 99-00Si and type R you can do this w/o throwing a code, but just about every other will)
