big time car troubles.
i was driving my car tonight and when i got done doing a pull in second and then it sounded different. almost like a wrx. it drove fine and there was no smoke behind the car whatsoever. when i parked i opened the hood to check it out and then the car shut off. i tried starting it back but it wouldnt start. i realized one of the spark plug wires came off so i pluged it back up but still no luck. andy suggestions would be great.
the car is a 95 civic dx w/ a b16 turbo if it matters

Check routine things like the plugs and the other wires. Make sue the timing is still right. Sound funny but it could have jumped time.

i had the same problem not too long ago and it boggled me for days with my b16. just out of nowhere it started mis firing. i replaced all the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor. when i changed the ecu's out it got a little better but the really odd thing was when i tightened up the valve cover it went away all together. i can't really explain it but it's worth a shot

not always, only if you are actually eating the coolant. I blew one, and all i did was push coolant out into my resivoir. No smoke, no issues like that. Check your plugs.

i fixed the problem. i checked all the plugs and they were fine. the compression was 220 across the board(that made me happy by the way). the problem ended up being the coil so we swaped that out and it fired right up. it runs better than it did and its doesnt sound like a wrx anymore. thanks for all the help. it is very much appriciated
