Better Cam For Street B16 EG
I am currently building a B16 and was wondering what cams did well for daily driving while still making good mid range and high end Power. I have currently orderd skunk 2 valves, retainers, and vavle springs to accomidate the new cams.
These are the cams I was looking at
Spoon
Skunk 2-Stage one or two
Blox Racing-stage 2
Toda-B's
Thanks for the help

A higher lift/duration cam wont perfom as well in the mid/low range with stock compression.
If you dont have any immediate plans to build the bottom end. Replace your stock head gasket with a spoon or mugen piece while you have the head off for the valves.
Combine that with a decent header, exhaust, intake, cam gears, vafc, a little bit of tuning and you could have yourself a mid 170 horse b16.

Re: Better Cam For Street B16 EG (_BEN_)
I do have plans for building the block. I gotta wait till after christmas to order my ITR pistons or is that compression still to low for the new cams?

I think the only oem pistons that will yield a higher compression ratio in a b16a would be b16b (CTR) pistons.

I second that.
I made 186 on Stage 1's with a JDM 4-1 Header. I get about 31 Freeway (going 80MPH) and 24-28 in the city. Not bad
