Re: BEST Suspension for a Civic (SOHCV-TechRider)
My Jap friz suggested CUSCO Zero series type suspensions, it's the in-thing in Japan now, lotz of them goes crazy over these sets of suspension.
Anyone came across with these suspension?
I am putting in a RMK voltage stabilizer today, i heard that it helps quite a bit when talking about performance

probably? definately. but i actually got mine to rotate a little finally. front shocks full soft, rear full stiff, comptech rear bars, ex front sway. they still suck though.

JIC magic FLTA2
light weight, 15 way adjustable monotube damper that ensures high strength and fade free performance. The ride height is adjustable separate from the spring perch giving you maximum suspension travel at any setting. This also allows for proper corner weighting of the vehicle without effecting spring preload settings. Linear springs give laser precision steering response. All models include upper pillow ball mounts. MacPherson strut designs utilize front camber plates and feature high tensile steel brackets. Multilink suspension designs feature a CNC machined aluminum lower brackets.
i love this series!!!

Re: BEST Suspension for a Civic (hakemjmba)
i was looking at the jic flt-a2. anyone have any experiance with them? please don't just say they suck or they kick ***, explain why also. would anyone suggest these over the gc/koni setup? also, i thought in japan they were all about being the fastest? wouldn't they want a suspension setup that was more neutral, and didn't push? maybe i was mistaken. thanks.

Re: BEST Suspension for a Civic (DxHatchback)
where do you get the ground control upper pillow mounts and what exactly does it do? Does it improve perfomance of the suspension at all?

and how many people that DO actually race Tein need anything greater?
-chris... who hasn't been limited by his suspension, yet.

I had them and the spring rates are way too soft and geared towards comfort, not superios handling.</TD></TR></TABLE>
You could have replaced their springs w/ something from or ERS line for $50-60 a corner.

Get mugen 5 way adjustable dampers and springs.
They are awesome damper and spring rate combo, nice smooth ride or firm and track ready.

No **** Ryan.
What do you think I did when I purchased new Koni Yellows because I ran over a bumper cover that flew into my path and blew my original Koni coil-overs.
I paid about $180.00 for all 4 Eibach ERS springs. 8'' long, 425F 550R rates.
Here's a few snaps from a set-up almost identical to my own that we installed on my friend's car:

With edfc you don't adjust the ride height of the car. You adjust the dampning.

In both comfort & able to meet the demand whenever I feel like hitting a cornering hard.

If no track use
H&R Sport Springs + KYB GR2 or AGX shocks
You can have the H&R's here and other springs for around $100 here at the clasifieds as well as shocks such as KYB for less then $300.
Very affordable and very nice for cornering
