+ nos, light weight car, driving skills, and a FAST *** motor
My cousins running 00 civic si, went to the tracks with 100 shot of nos, port and polish, slicks, the basics I/H/E, skunk2 drag springs, head work ie. cams valves blah blah, ACT clutch and fidanza flywheel, stripped interior (mostly just the seats and stereo system), and he only managed a 13.8 at the best, he could of pushed it more but the car was laggin for some reason
Edit: well just read yur post above, why not go buy a spoon engine

Without Turbo or nitrous it will be very hard. Or a ridiculously amount of money.
Boost is the way to go for that.

K24 with a K20A head and the IPS cam kit, Toda header, ITBs and a stripped EG hatch. Tune it and you'll see 250hp and 180tq at the wheels without breaking a sweat. If you can't pull an 11.99 with that setup then you suck at a little game I call Life.

Re: (Boost_jnky)
buy my motor
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1223466
Plus get a 92-95 hb (my fav) and lighten the **** out of it! 11s are attainable, but cost $$$ and need to lose some serious weight. Plus if you have the cash my set up will save you some good $$$. Go ahead and add up the cost of everything and don't forget the cost of just the basic swap to start with either.
