Best '99 Civic EX Lighting
What is the best option for a HID or HID-Like lighting for a stock housing '99 Civic EX...along with average prices? Links would be appreciated.

I'm not lookin to spend too much so not sure how some of those will work. What are the best look-alike HID as far as color and brightness go?
