Default b20 or itr

i am thinking about getting a b20 gsr head or a itr? i was wondering what you guys think is better. i want to go with the b20 but people tell me the itr is better. the goal is to be fast

i think the b20 is a good combo. for the money spent in the long run i see you getting more out put from the b20vtec then the itr.... the itr engine is very expensive and in comparison the upgraded parts are minimal compared to what you can buy in aftermarket
