What are the diff. if any in the B20's
Preludes vs. CR-V
advatages, disadvatages?

yo man i believe he is talking about the b20's that came in the early preludes compared to the newer b20's in the crv's.... right? all i know is that i have heard bad things about the prelude ones.. no one has atctually given a reason why tho..

the ones you are most likely interested are the b20b and b20z. They came from 96+ Honda crv. The engines are basically a stroked b18 and provide a **** load of torque.

hey they are different from the b18's ... the cylinder walls is a new type of cylinder wall that honda tried out with some new tehcnology... however, the rods and rank are the same of an LS.... the head however has less agreesive cams compared to an LS motor. .. check this site out.. it helped me decide in getting the b20.. http://hybrid2.honda-perf.org/tech/b20/

the old B20s had horrible rod/stroke ratios I do believe...if Im wrong, someone please correct me. All ive heard about the older B20s are that they're similar to the redheaded stepchild of Honda motors (agian, no offense to any redheaded stepchildren )
