is 2500 kOo for a type r motor? YES! but how can i tell if itz in good running condition and Where can i run its vin to get history of it. i mean 2500 sounds too good to be true to me but who knoez, it might really be true! Imma come check it out tomorrow and i wanna know what thingz i need to go look at and check for problems. Any advice would be great.

2500 is dirt for a legit b18c5 in good condition. i suppose you could pull the plugs, check the oil, maybe run a compression test as well.

Take off the valve cover and see how the head looks. If he'll let you pull the entire head off and mabe have a machiene shop check out the block for you.
Make sure the block says B18C5 on it.

If he won't let you pull anything apart, you could look around the valve cover, check for oil, to see if its leaking or even oil spots from previous leaks. Ask if it if full of oil, if so check that, if he kept good care of it, it should be full and fairly clean. Look at the oil pan and bottom side for scratches or imperfects. Thats about all the simple checks I can think off the top of my head right now!
