titanium retainers can mushroom and eventually fail in street motors. They are sold as "race only". I know Brian Crower makes some lighter weight steel ones. They were like 10-20% lighter when I weighed them and an OEM retainer.
The composite fuel rail is only good for appearance. Decide what that's worth to you. An aluminum one would theoretically absorb more heat from the engine compartment.
The 70mm throttle body may be a little big. I'm putting a 66mm on my turbo GSR. Bigger lets it breath better on the top end, but you lose modulation.
For a header, the Tri Y (4-2-1) design is good for bottom and mid range power and the 4-1 style is good for top end. The HyTech header or Skunk2 Megapower have been known to be good headers. Don't get a "big tube" version, those are for 2.0 liter or larger only.
OEM or DSM injectors should be good. There are some K series injectors people mod and they flow like 400-500cc and they're cheap. It requires a little modding to make them fit B series though I think.
OEM distributors are the best. MSD and such are fine too. Distributor King and the other eBay companies aren't that good from what I've heard.
The flywheel and clutch are up to you. I just wouldn't go with anything too harsh for NA. An OEM or Stage 1 clutch will be sufficient.

lets see..
-gsr and itr oil are the same thing...don't hung up on titles
-gsr and itr also have the same oil pan, oem works great
-you don't need 550cc in jctors all motor, even a Prelude 310cc would be fine
- you sure you want a puck style clutch? why not get something nice like a full face stage III ceramic unit from Clutchmasters, all the performance, yet smooth!
-timing belt, gates makes them, so either oem or Gates, they make a performance one
-stock fuel rail is fine
-buy a gsr manifold from Skunk, not type r, won't fit
-race gas, what compression are you going to run?
-oem rods are strong enough, just get arp bolts

thanks guy. not sure what compression will good for race gas and possible turbo?
OEM bearing is good enough?

Yea you can get a type r ecu(not sure which one your talking about) so I will assume you want to have a 92 civic that runs obd2?? Just stick with the fuel rail you posted up since you already have an expensive list going on there.

A type r ecu would be useless, why would you even bring it up? Just chip and program a p28 for your specific build
You don't just throw a type r ecu on and think power because it's a type r, lol

Re: B18C1 parts list good?
No thats cheap. Wire a OB compatible harness (gsr) with the supporting sensors. This will be a complete conversion to a newer OB since you want that ecu. Also don't forget software/hardware for tuning. ie hondata. I'm just gonna assume you know what your doing...you do know what your doing right?

Re: B18C1 parts list good?
Your question about throttle bodies: 70 would probably work, as would 68mm. I really don't know the sweet spot on B series. It would depend on different things.
any OBD1 Civic/Integra ECU can be used for a B,D,H,F series motor. I've converted a P06 (Civic DX/LX) and a P75 (Integra LS) to VTEC and they work exactly the same as a P28, which will do everything you would need a P73 to do. Why spend extra on a ECU that you can't tune when you probably have one that can be made to work better than the P73 would?
