I just bought a 94 Civic DX. I want to put a B18C or B18C5 in it. I plan on most likely getting the motor from Import Auto Salvage or Honda Motors Online. I have a few questions though:
1. If anyone has installed one of these engines and dynoed it, what type of numbers did you get? I've seen numbers online, but they varied quite a bit. What can I expect realistically? Make sure to list any other upgrades you had.
2. What will I need to buy in addition to the full engine swap off of IAS or HMO to make it work.
3. Is there a good online tutorial or post for doing this swap?

1. depends, adding any mods to go along with swap?? are you going to be tuning it??
2. some places make you buy the axles and shift linkage seperately, it really depends where you get it from

Got my motor from Hmotors . Thats a fairly simple swap. So some searchs and you will find tons of info on that swap. I would also try to get an LSD trans too.
