Default B18c coolant system, and idle problem?

This is one of my many posts in the past couple of days, but i cannot figure this motor out. my idle jumps from 1,000 to 2,300 back and forth at idle, now recently i found out that my lower radiator hose, and one of my coolant hoses, is not getting any passage, they are not even near warm, no fluid, the other hose goes from the head and then to a port on the thermostat housing, its a smaller line. Some people said i might have put my head gasket on the wrong way, i no i didnt, i have had my head milled at the mating surface a little more than usual for a compression change, and i have arp head studs, adn a skunk2 manifold, and hondata gasket, spoon sports cams, buddy club cam gears, ctr valve springs, adn many misc. bolt ons. Can someone please help me figure this out, i dont know what is wrong, i have went through every vaccum line(not that there are that many), and they are all right, i have checked all my sensors(im not even throwing a code), including my iac, and everything is fine, the only thing are those coolant problems and the idle problem, which im sure are linked somewhere, PLEASE HELP!!!!!! stock p72 ecu.

remove your thermostat and see if that makes a difference.

Idle. is it a quick jump up and down or more of a slow rise and fall?

take a bottle of carb cleaner and start spraying it around all your intake side....vaccum lines, intake piping, Tb gasket, IM gasket. See if you cannot get that sucker to itself. I believe you have a vaccum leak, finding it is the part thats going to suck

sounds like your TPS sensor is bad, and you should prbably check your check valve in your heater core.
