Icon3 B18c Cam Selection... HELP

Ok, running a stock type r in my ej8. Had it runnin about a month now but i really wanta go for 200+ to wheels.
Besides i/h/e and some other stuff..

Skunk2 cams are on the list.

I'm trying to decide if i should get skunk2 pro1's or skunk2 stage 2 cams..

right now its a stock type r, but recently in the ALL MOTOR forum, a dude told me that he thought the type r cams were very similar to the Pro1 cams and he thought mayb i should look into stage 2.

Get at me with some imput. Thanks

Honda's Type R cams are near stage 1 specs, so yes you should install at least stage 2 cams to make it worth your time. But the problem is putting stage 2 or 3 cams in you have to upgrade your entire valvetrain, basically a built vavletrain to run stage 2 or 3.

Now if you actually spend the money to have a built valve train and upgrade your stock oil pump (Stock honda oil pumps are only safe till 9k rpm) then you can rev to 10k or 11k all day long.

EDIT: Only the type R tannys can deliver power to the wheels in excesse of about 8500rpm and up, a GSR & B16 tranny once near 8500rpm quickley drop off and can't deliver power like a type R tranny for revs that high. The same thing applys to Ls trannys whereas they can't deliver power just after 7k rpm...
