B18b OBD-2 Swap quick question
I searched for a bit and couldn't find any concrete answer on my question. I plan on doing a B18b swap into my '98 CX. Upon searching, I found that the B18c is nearly a direct drop-in swap. I would assume that this would pertain to the B18b as well because as far as I know, they have the same mounts. Is this true and can anyone provide any links to a OBD2 B18b engine swap guide/write up? Thank you for the help - Jeremy

Re: B18b OBD-2 Swap quick question (93DADSM)
All b series mounts are indentical on 88 + as far as the engine goes (reffering to engine mounts bolting locations on block) and all 94+ trannies are identical as far as mounting holes go on the case. If you wan to stay OBD2 then you will need a OBD2 intake manifold with all the sensors off a 96+ ls engine. If the engine is not OBD2 then you will have to switch out the oil pump and add a crankshaft fluctuation sensor (ckf) to plug into your factory harness. Some wiring will need to be extended and some plugs will have to be converted. There is a **** ton of info on here. At the top of this page you find a sticky thread with links to everything. Another good site for wiring is ff-squad.com
Basically a quick check list of parts for you:
99-00 civic si driver side block mount (you can re-use the d-series metal mount that goes to the fraimrail mount)
Your D series trans mount will work on the b-series trans.
A 99-00 si rear t-bracket
94+ front trans torque mount out of any integra or civic si
99-00 Honda Civic Si a/c bracket to maintain your a/c sytem and to bolt up to your factory a/c framerail mount.
94+ Integra Intermediate shaft and axles.
Some exhaust modification
A OBD2A P75 ECU from a 94-97 Integra LS Manual
Use your stock wiring harness and I believe the only plugs you have to convert are the IACV plug, TPS plug (maybe), and the CKF plug.
96+ Integra LS distributor.
May have forgot some minor things but that's the majority
