That's quite the run-on sentence.

Re: B18b auto (hatchling37)
I went back through the car and made sure that it wasn't the linkage that was my frist thought ...... one thing is that i can put the car 1st and switch to 2nd and it is the same gear and D3 and D4 are the same ... the car will not pull it's self in D3/D4 at all (most of the time) i had it do right one time and put it in park to see if it would do it again and i got the same crap as before lol maybe i just need to install a new tranny..but i drove the Integra before i pulled it out and it was fine in it .

When you do the linkage, pull the shifter lever all the way down to the bottom to D2 or whatever is on your car. Then when you pull the lever on the transmission (after you take the plate cover off) and pull that back all the way so you know it's in the same position as the last spot on your shifter inside. Then reconnect the cable and test it out.
Also, did you pull the TCM out as well and put that into your car? Besides using an auto LS ECU, you need the tranny computer also.

Re: B18b auto (llll_fusion_llll)
Did the ECU come with it....and IS the ecu a auto ecu or manual. I threw on a manual ecu to an auto swap....(got the wrong one off of ebay) and i only had 2nd gear and 3rd i think. it wouldnt start in first gear eather. it would take FOREVER just to get up to like 20mph. it pulled rally hard...{like trying to take off in 3rd on a manual from a stop. }
do you have reverse? if its not the ecu, try looking on the tranny, did you plug the right cables into the tranny, or are any of the wires loose. (i also had a problem with the wire on the tranny, and i never got 4th or overdrive..whatever)
